Voyscout in ChatGPT: ask about flight and package prices right in the chat

Voyscout is an official ChatGPT plugin. Connect it in two taps and then just ask, in Czech, Slovak or English: where it is cheap right now, how a price moved, which destinations to compare. The answers stand on our own daily measured price history for 47 destinations. No account with us, free.

Turn it on in a minute

Verified 7 Oct 2026 on iPhone and on desktop

iPhone / iPad - the ChatGPT app

  1. Open the ChatGPT app and tap Plugins (Search Plugins).
  2. Search for Voyscout.com. The gallery front page shows a selection only; search finds everything.
  3. Tap Connect (or Install plugin). No sign-in with us, no key.
  4. Back in the chat, type @Voyscout.com and your question.

Android - the ChatGPT app

  1. Same route as on iPhone: Plugins, search Voyscout.com, Connect, then @Voyscout.com in the chat.
  2. If you cannot see Plugins in the app, connect Voyscout on the web at chatgpt.com (steps below); per OpenAI's documentation a plugin connected to your account is then available in the chat on mobile too.

Honesty note: we walked through this ourselves on iPhone and desktop on 7 Oct 2026, not yet on Android. The steps follow OpenAI's documentation; if yours look different, write to hello@voyscout.com and we will fix them.

Desktop and web - chatgpt.com, the Windows and Mac apps

  1. Click Plugins in the left sidebar, or open chatgpt.com/plugins.
  2. Search for Voyscout.com.
  3. Click Connect (or Install plugin).
  4. In the chat, type @Voyscout.com and your question. The + button in the message box works too: pick Voyscout.com from the list.

Removing it: open the plugin in the gallery and choose Uninstall plugin. Developers in Codex: codex /plugins.

How to ask so the answer stands on our data

  • Start with @Voyscout.com. Without the mention ChatGPT answers from general knowledge and does not use the plugin - verified 7 Oct 2026 on a question about Indonesia.
  • Say who it is for: "two adults and two children" or "one person". A family and a solo traveller have different series.
  • Say what: a flight, a package, or both side by side.
  • Ask for data, not for advice: "where the price sits in its history", "compare on one snapshot". A "buy / wait" is something ChatGPT would make up on its own, and it would not be ours.
  • Ask about weather and season separately. The plugin does not know those; it knows prices and their history.

@Voyscout.com Where is it unusually cheap right now for two adults and two children?
@Voyscout.com Compare Malta, Bulgaria and Turkey for a 2+2 family, flights and packages, on the same snapshot.
@Voyscout.com How did the package price for Egypt move, and where does today's price sit in that history?
@Voyscout.com Is today's flight price to the Canary Islands for one person good against its own history?
@Voyscout.com How many days of history do you have for Thailand, and from which airports do you search flights?
@Voyscout.com Which destinations do you track, and for which party?

What a real answer looks like is on the first prompt of 7 Oct 2026: five numbers, every one identical to our data to the koruna.

What you get, and what we deliberately leave out

  • You get: prices in CZK for 47 destinations from airports in Czechia and nearby (Prague, Vienna, Bratislava, Ostrava, Katowice, Krakow, Wroclaw, Budapest), flights and packages, with the minimum, the median and where today's price sits in the history, always with the number of days actually measured and the day the figure is valid for.
  • No "buy / wait" verdict. A series is an observation; we write verdicts only on our own pages, where the caveats travel with them.
  • No booking links and no sponsored content.
  • Not a live price. It is the latest measured value; percentages are over the days we measured, not over the calendar.
  • An unknown destination is refused with the list of those we track, instead of a "something similar" substitute.

Frequently asked

Is it free?

The plugin, yes. You pay only for your own ChatGPT plan; connecting a plugin costs nothing. Plugin availability in ChatGPT (plan, country) is OpenAI's call, not ours.

Do I need a Voyscout account?

No. The plugin reads the same public data as our price pages, with no sign-up and no API key.

What does Voyscout learn about me?

Only the tool request: a destination, a party, or a list of destinations to compare. ChatGPT handles your conversation; it does not reach us.

Why did ChatGPT not use the plugin?

Most likely the @Voyscout.com mention was missing, or the question was one the plugin does not answer (weather, visas, hotels). Repeat it with the mention and the words "according to Voyscout data".

Can I use the same thing in Claude or elsewhere?

Yes. It is a standard MCP server; the guide for Claude and for developers is on the AI agents page.

Where does the data come from?

From our own daily scans of flights and packages, published under CC BY 4.0. How we read them is on How Voyscout works.
